Disclaimer: This is a social commentary. We are not stating that Sonny Perdue was elected fraudulently or that Diebold illegally tampered with this election, but we'd like to know why Diebold parked sensitive election computer files on an unprotected Web site, then changed the code on 22,000 machines in Georgia right before the vote. What effect did changing the code have on the election? No one will ever know for sure.
